Hello,

I would like to know if I can build a new door in the basement wall (see picture). What do I need to consider? Is the wall load-bearing? There is no other wall above the mentioned one on the ground floor.

Whether the wall is load-bearing, I unfortunately cannot answer that for you. What material is the wall made of? Last year we broke through a non-load-bearing wooden wall with an insulation layer and installed a door, that went quite well. But it always depends on the wall.

The wall is probably load-bearing, above it two ceiling panels meet. A lintel must be installed over the door one way or another if there is one there. At the other openings there are simply steel beams, as it appears. I do not see what significance the wall has in terms of fire protection here. Probably none, no door (classification) can be seen at the existing masonry openings. Without consulting a professional, nothing should be done there.
