Ventilation question: Pluggit or BluMartin?

We will probably build our little house with Heinz von Heiden.
A standard ventilation system from Pluggit will be installed. A central ventilation with slots in the floor. I found that totally stupid because dirt would constantly fall in there. With 3 cats plus children, that’s basically unavoidable.

Now another construction company recommended the FreeAir100 from BluMartin to us. A hybrid system that installs fairly large ventilation boxes but otherwise sounds quite good.
Does anyone here know about one or even both and can give us some decision-making help?

You can search for the BluMartin here. Bauexperte has apparently recommended and installed it several times. We ourselves also have a central ventilation system from Vallox, and we have all the ventilation outlets in the ceilings. I also didn’t want any in the floor. That should actually be possible with any central system, it just costs a bit more because you need longer pipes to reach into the ceiling of the upper floor.

Well, the FreeAir is a decentralized system... if I have the choice, I'd prefer a centralized one...

Nothing falls into the floor air outlets, because air is coming out... we have those too and after three years they still look like new...

P.S. two cats and a child are also on board...

That is how the manufacturer describes it themselves, yes.

De facto, the way the system works – from my subjective point of view – combines the advantages of both systems.

There is a world of difference between your two providers....

Aside from that, I cannot imagine that Heinz von Heiden can offer you this system; it does not fit into their concept. Therefore, it is probably pointless to discuss alternatives, since your decision seems to have been made in favor of Heinz von Heiden.

To what extent does the BluMartin not fit into the concept? Does it not matter which one is installed? Precisely because Bauexperte has recommended it a few times here, I would like to have it.
