Ventilation of living space with 350 m3 living area

Hello everyone,

we are currently building our single-family house and the sanitary department is planning to install a Wolf CWL 400 Excellent as a residential ventilation system.

I have now read on the Wolf homepage that it is designed for houses up to 300 m3.
Our house Kfw 40+ has a living area (all rooms ventilation system) of about 345 m3.
Do you have any experience with this and is this correct, and if so, can you recommend another system to me?

This is the living area. The volume is 1350 m3.

Yes, the system is then worlds too small for that. The system is suitable for a house with 300 m³, that is about 120-140 m².

Thank you very much for the quick response. I will now best approach the [Sanitärverantwortlichen]. What would be possible based on your experience? Set up the same system twice or choose a different type?

I would then take, for example, a HELIOS controlled residential ventilation EC 1200. We have an EC 500 for a house half the size.

And for such a large house, involve an MEP planner; a plumbing company that already comes up with the idea of using such a device certainly cannot plan it properly.
