Hello, I do not like the dry climate in the new buildings. Ventilation can only help to a limited extent here.
Friends of mine turn off the system completely in summer because it pumps hot air into the house :-(

Now the question:

Can the ventilation system manage to get the whole house to 50% humidity?
If a moisture recovery system is installed?

How does it look with large rooms with an open roof structure?

I got a humidifier from Philipps that is supposed to humidify up to 38 sqm.

Result from 35 to 40% humidity :-(

Reasonable controlled residential ventilation with enthalpy exchanger, then you have no problems.

Otherwise, plants or an aquarium also help - although I wouldn’t get the latter just for humidifying the air ;-)

Google "Luftbefeuchter B 400" to get the desired humidity throughout the whole house.

Or a swimming pool in the living room, when it comes to dumb ideas.
