Use KfW 55 - Long-term application - Start before approval?

Hello, what are your experiences with the KFW, how long does the approval take? I have heard that you can start building after submitting the application but before the approval? Apparently, you are not allowed to have more than 30 percent completed before the approval. Is that correct?

No, you may have done at most planning, but not commissioned anything, and have not had a single stone moved by a company yet.
