Hello,

I hope it is allowed to post such a request here. But I am urgently looking for an HZB in the greater Berlin area who is willing to realize the project with me this year.
After a long search and many calls, I found someone who installs only Weishaupt and Vaillant.
After checking the BAFA list for heat pumps, the small systems from these manufacturers are not modulating.

For me, this is a disqualifying factor for a heat pump nowadays. Do you see it the same way?
How did you find the suitable HZB for the right systems? Online, most HZB do not list the manufacturers they install. At most cooperation partners. Did you just call around or contact the manufacturers of the systems?

I would really appreciate it if someone could give me tips for HZB in my region who install Nibe, the Gaisha or similar.
And how is the heat pump manufacturer Broetje to be classified? I find they read quite well.

Yeah, modulating is definitely sensible. But how "small" do you want your system to be? I can't imagine that the mentioned ones don't have anything modulating on offer.

Have you already tried contacting the manufacturers? They often list service partners on their websites.

Another approach: You find a plumber who only handles the hydraulics up to just before the heat pump. Then tighten the two nuts on the Geisha yourself, you can manage that. And it’s even still occasionally available AND so cheap that you don’t need a warranty. You can find plenty of help for the Panas as well.

I almost switched to the Panasonic (Jeisha) in between, because my Vaillant was not available for ages. But on the one hand, the Unitower was already there and I wouldn’t have been able to get rid of it without a loss. On the other hand, I was dependent on the combined funding for the heat pump with controlled residential ventilation.
However, I almost suspect that you come out cheaper with Pana and controlled residential ventilation installed in EL than with BAFA funding also for controlled residential ventilation and listed devices. Allegedly, there is also a possibility to connect manufacturer-different heat pumps and controlled residential ventilations together via timer switch, so that they are considered controlled together and the controlled residential ventilation is also funded by BAFA.
Ask Steffen GmbH from Kaulsdorf. He would have installed the Panasonic for me in case of emergency. I just don’t know whether because of the annoying situation and because I was already a customer of his or if he would do it in general.
Also don’t know anything concrete about the capacities for new projects this year. It still worked for me, but only because everything was planned well in advance and because my construction project is just around the corner from him. That way he could also occasionally send someone spontaneously if a gap arose.

But in my opinion, not eligible for funding, right?

My mistake, I should have mentioned that it is supposed to be a ground source heat pump. The Geisha is only an air heat pump, correct? I thought there was also a ground source version, but apparently not.
