Upgrading Ikea Pax Uggdal cabinets by covering/painting the doors

Hello,
we have 2 Pax -UGGDAL cabinets standing next to each other, each 1.50 m wide.
Now I can’t stand the gray/black anymore and wanted to replace the doors. But unfortunately, Ikea apparently no longer has 1.50 m sliding doors.
Now my question to you: can you cover or paint the doors? Has anyone tried that before?
Or does anyone have another tip on how I can get white doors?

So 150(2*75)cm sliding doors are still available.
