Unheated basement - retrofit heating

Hello,

we have built a KFW40 house with an insulated basement. The basement is completely underground and unheated.
We have now set up a workroom there and would like to heat it after all.
We have come across IR heaters and are wondering if these actually work perfectly or if we should rather choose another method and if so, which one.

There probably aren't that many possibilities left. Why shouldn't IR work? You need power at the points that suit you and choose the necessary modules accordingly. Control is flexible anyway. We have it in the house and it works. There are also glass modules, e.g. also with LED, etc.
