Hello,
So my suspicion has been confirmed and it also explains why the underground garage is planned unnecessarily large.
How many floors is the apartment building supposed to have when it is finished and how is "your" single-family house going to be built? One or two stories? And - why are 10 (11 with yours) parking spaces planned, but only 5 cellar rooms for the tenants/owners?
Ultimately, no one can recommend for or against it. If you like the building plot including all the adverse conditions, you will buy it anyway. Although - to be honest - a mere 800 thousand euros would not be worth these compromises to me; no location can be that nice
