Underfloor heating vs. flat radiators

It doesn't change the fact that I am still not a fan of underfloor heating, but today we received the information from our contact person that the brand-new construction/equipment description now includes underfloor heating as standard.

Nevertheless: Are you all that satisfied with the underfloor heating? We either have it too warm or too cold. When we ventilate, it gets even warmer afterward :(

Yes, very satisfied indeed... IMHO there is no more comfortable and economical heating than underfloor heating

and contrary to popular belief, you can also achieve different room temperatures with it... it just has to be planned in advance and not built according to the motto "we always do it this way"...

It probably depends a lot on a good thermostat?

Are radiators really so "out" or are there still more people who could imagine them in a new building?

No, on the correct or also the desired setting of the system.

I don't have separate thermostats in the rooms, yet it is cooler in the bedrooms than in the living rooms.

I have underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the first and attic floors, it was not my decision. If I were building, I would install underfloor heating everywhere, we are very satisfied with it.
