A heating circuit should not be longer than 110m. Under 100m would be optimal, up to 110 is still just acceptable. The rule of thumb is 1m2 results in approximately 10m of pipe with a 16mm pipe at a 10cm laying distance, and about 7.5m at a 15cm spacing.
