Underfloor heating in the bathroom not possible - can that be?

Hello! We want to build a prefab house. We are planning with a double heat pump, only wanted underfloor heating in both bathrooms. Now we have been told that this is not possible because of laying pipes, screed, level-access shower....! Why should this not be possible now? Thank you very much in advance!

Do I understand correctly that you only want underfloor heating in the bathrooms? How do you heat your other rooms? You are planning a heat pump, so underfloor heating throughout the whole house is the only sensible option. If your floor structure is not high enough, then a flush shower cannot be realized.
