The underfloor heating systems that I am familiar with are slow. This does not fit with a control system that aims for spontaneity in heating behavior.

Yes, this seems to be a tentative attempt at a market study.

Without understanding the technology and the principle behind it, conducting a kind of market study is somehow weird! It's like emigrating to Mallorca without reserves and opening the umpteenth bar in the back row

Nevertheless, both are somehow already everyday life.

Both emigrating without a proper plan and completely absurd ideas under the code name "Smarthome"

...exactly...Smarthome...maybe with some kind of pressure sensor in the floor covering that detects who is sitting, standing, or walking based on shoe size and weight and knows their heating preferences and heats accordingly? Maybe also illuminated in different colors so you can play a dance game at the same time?

I think with good schmoozers you could sell that in the tough market "old lady who lives in an old building" to the man... the woman. Whether that is desirable you have to assess yourself, we'll see each other in 3 years on WISO when they ring your door for a statement, and you don't answer.
