Hello
I would like to have the Underverk extractor hood in my new kitchen. It would then be operated on recirculation mode and placed in the middle of 3 wall cabinets. Since I do not want to clean the top of the wall cabinets, I would like to install a panel between the wall cabinet and the ceiling. Is this possible with recirculation mode or not? Thanks!

No, that is not possible if the air is led out again through the cabinet, as with the UNDERVERK.

Thank you! How much clearance should I leave between the ceiling and the wall cabinets?

So, I would leave about 10 cm. The closer the outlet is to the ceiling, the more likely there will be a grease stain on the ceiling. Turbulence could also increase the noise level and possibly reduce the performance. Most of the grease should be retained by the grease filter. To avoid a grease film on the cabinet surface, you can simply lay down some paper and thus save yourself the cleaning. When determining the height, the main focus should be on convenient accessibility.
