Hello everyone!
I will briefly introduce our building to understand the background:
- New single-family house construction with general contractor - attic floor with double garage attached to the house
- Topping-out ceremony done
- Facing bricks with insulation behind already installed, window installation follows soon
- Intermediate roof and garage roof already started, completion probably next week
Here is a reference for the construction method (however, we have a flat roof on the garage, no tiles!):

Here are the uncertainties now:
1. The weather is currently getting worse, so moisture is coming through the garage roof because apparently only the first layer of roofing has been laid (feels like felt). The wooden structure underneath is now getting wet, as well as the wood already stored on the property for the intermediate roof. Will the wood still dry out or is it already a problem if it stays wet for longer?
2. The insulation behind the facing bricks on the ground floor to the intermediate roof is covered with a foil, but that does not necessarily make it waterproof. On the weather side, rain runs down the wall and probably reaches the insulation. The insulation should tolerate some moisture, as it is water-repellent – could the insulation become damp if it rains for a week?
3. On the hip (ridge) no hip caps have been installed, but only sealed with Wakaflex. Could this lead to a leaky roof or is this fine without problems? Photo attached:

Visually, it is hardly noticeable anyway, as the house is tall enough, and basically it's not important to me. It’s purely about the function. Is a hip cap mandatory?
We have already been in contact with the GC, who said that this is no problem and we do not have to worry about moisture/damage. Nevertheless, I would like to get further opinions.
Thank you very much in advance!
Best regards
