Tube chipboard/full chipboard or special soundproof doors?

The airflow due to the controlled residential ventilation would be achieved with an overflow floor drop seal built into the door.

I think that covers everything possible. In my opinion, that will also be the weak point. But I don't think you can fix that with chipboard.

But since I don't have such a thing, this is a very theoretical opinion.
