Good day,

attached is the information from our energy consultant. With the installation of a photovoltaic system, we would comply with KFW 55 in terms of primary energy demand.

However, the transmission heat loss is too high. We have 36.5 cm bricks and 0.09.

Can someone help me how we can still lower this value? What measures all affect the value?

Thank you, Jörg

Is there a way to fix this with the plaster there?

Better insulation, no matter how you do it. The main thing is to plan sensibly. What does the architect/planner say about it?

Basically, one should clearly distinguish between the theoretical paper form and the reality to be expected. Paper fanatics, expecting theoretical gifts, often have to live with a permanent money pit > 25 years afterwards, which of course the society as a whole is pleased about. One needs as naive investors as possible! Why § 25 still exists even in the latest amendment of the energy saving ordinance is probably only understood by intelligent and clever builders!

Best regards

Hello €uro, could you explain that to me once more in a way that I can follow )

why I am so keen on this with 3 residential units and €2500 subsidy each is because I can "really get something out of it".... that's why I'm so on it.... I am quite aware that this doesn't bring me worlds of savings in energy efficiency!
