Tour of prefabricated houses in our area

Hello dear forum members,

we would like to have a prefabricated house built in the near future. Unfortunately, deciding by whom is very, very difficult. The decision would certainly be easier for us if we could briefly visit a real (not a show house) prefabricated house (also gladly an older one) or have a short exchange of experiences with the builders.

So, long story short:

We, that is son Yasin 2.5 years old, daughter baby Aylin 7 months, and mom and dad, would be happy to briefly visit you (we will also bring cake :-)). We live in Wiesbaden and the house should be within a 50 km radius.

at Massa Haus you can also attend house appointment viewings or use an "open house day" to get into conversation with the builder and take a look inside the house, I think this is the right way to start.

This company is also represented in Wuppertal in the prefab house world.

Nice property.

Competent people there, who talked with me for almost 2 hours, even though I had already bought another house at the time and signaled this at the beginning of the conversation. By the way, exactly the same was done by a company from Frankenberg/Eder. That is: good style!!

It gave me a wonderful inspiration there – in the entrance area there is a fountain as a glass wall from the floor to the upper floor. I will never forget it, simply a stunner. If I ever have too much money and time, I will replicate something like that on a smaller scale.

One of my new neighbors, now also one of my best friends, built a Hanse house. He is very satisfied and I personally find his house really good and really great.
