Topping out ceremony for a prefabricated house? If yes... when??

So our neighbors held the topping-out ceremony when the roof frame was up but no tiles were on it yet.

Instead, after moving in, we celebrated a nice house-warming party with family, friends, and neighbors.

In the end, it doesn't matter what you call it: the main thing is to celebrate the house and take the occasion to invite all the people you have a relationship with plus the future ones and to celebrate in a simple and hearty way.
