This dragged on into the new year because the [GU] was busy and is therefore still open... Now I really wonder what we should do. The construction obligation with 18 months time for completion from development (around July 2020) is given.
What would you generally advise?
Build in a simplified way ... postpone timewise etc.?
Is there suddenly no money left? Generally, I wouldn’t get worked up over a few months. If you only finish half a year after the deadline, they won’t take the property away from you right away for that, at least if you have visibly started.
