And asked another 1000 questions We will go with the provider who initially was not the cheapest but always delivered well, was always approachable, and whose planning, communication, and in the end price/performance were the best. Fantastic craftsmen, everything worked out perfectly except for sticking to the budget, but that was our own fault and doesn't really matter. Duration: saw the plot November 2016, negotiated until March 2017, purchased April 2017, planning with architects and carpenter until May 2018, construction started September 2018, move-in August 2019.
