I don't think I fully understand yet who built what? You set the curbs and they are crooked because they follow the head plates that the contractor set? Or did he set the curbs and they slope down at 1% (it looks like that in the first picture)?

Not exactly. The curbs were set 6 months later by a landscape gardener. In doing so, we found that the edging of the pool (the coping stone basically on top of the pool) is wavy. We wanted to even it out a bit with the curb stones, but then we would have created points between the curb stones where one could get injured.

Ok that means the pool and edges were carried out by 2 companies? That is of course annoying. But honestly, with a 75k pool, get an expert opinion.

So does the capstone form an S-shape instead of a straight line, or is it about height offset (overlapping teeth)?

I sent photos earlier... the light stone creates a wave in the height. The black stone is plumb.
