Which of the two elements is not in the water? Fixed element or movable element? How does it look in the closed state? Are the two frames parallel there?

If it is the mechanical element, then I would consider whether this could lead to increased wear on the mechanics.

Have you now figured out where the mistake is? A spirit level and a tape measure are your helpers.

Suggestion for goodness' sake, never open the door that wide. then you won't see that. :p
