Time required for screed insulation

The risk that the screed, whether bonded or not, will later crack does not exist with insulation using boards.

Are you getting underfloor heating? If yes, insulation must be installed underneath, also in the ground floor/upper floor.

Yes, we will have underfloor heating. Below that comes a layer of Tackerplatten and then the screed or insulation boards. The screed also has an insulating effect (mW WLG 045) and thus serves the same function as an insulation board.
