Tile strip around the corner

Hello everyone,

for a few days now, our bathroom has been tiled. I took a closer look at everything today. The tile trim pieces around the corner and the connections between two trims caught my eye.



The corners don’t seem right to me somehow. There must be corner pieces that could have been installed there. And the connection of two trims is on a long piece of wall, about three meters. Are the lengths of the trims limited? Is this common practice or was it not done properly?

I don't think that is a reason for a defect - but I might be wrong (rumor has it that it always depends on what was agreed). I don't find it that dramatic either, except for the last picture - in the last one I'm not quite sure if it is already finished (?) or what it actually is.

Nothing was agreed upon in that direction. We were only asked whether we want metal or plastic rails.

No, it is not quite finished yet. These are two projecting walls that meet each other. The left one is less deep. Two washbasins are installed here. The right one is deeper. Behind it run cables and pipes. The shower is in front of it. A glass wall will be installed in the yellow rail. Unfortunately, I don’t have a photo of the entire wall.

And when connecting two rails, it is a long piece of wall, about three meters. Are the lengths of the rails limited?

As far as I know, it cannot be done differently. The rails are 2m long.

We also have butt edges on the long sides.

At the corners, we have these "corner cubes" attached. I only have a bad phone photo of such a cube:

We do not have corner-running rails. Our corners fit together cleanly. Additionally, the corners have been rounded off. Even with lengths of more than two meters, there are no joints. It is always a single, continuous rail.
