Well, actually Sille belongs there because different materials are being connected. It does not hold.

The sealing is located under the tiles.

I don't have silicone anywhere either. I don't know it any other way... oops: It was sealed with silicone, but I have never heard of or seen the gutter being sealed with silicone.

Can you take a photo and post it here? I'm currently trying Google, but 95% of the results are shower drains without silicone joints.
