Aren't the plastering and painting works included in the six to seven weeks? Or am I reading it wrong? But since it is anyway anhydrite screed, it fits.

Really? Oh, how embarrassing, I have to look at it again. I could now excuse myself with my "loosely based on ...", but I won’t, instead I admit my mistake and thank you for the correction. Misquoting, sometimes funny, sometimes a nasty thing. ;-)

Could be worse - it's definitely a good series, so it's worth watching again anyway :)

About the plan: I just had to google what a "Flaschner" is - I've never heard that term before. Here it's called Spengler and I thought it was like that everywhere :D I’m keeping my fingers crossed that everything goes according to plan!
