Thermal protection calculation KFW 55 new construction

Hello everyone,

we have received our KFW calculation.

I understand it, due to lack of knowledge, but not really.

We have the following results:

Qp-reference 82 kWh/(m2a)
Qp-new building 40.9 kWh/(m2a)
Relative to the reference value 50%

Ht-reference 0.372 W/(m2K)
Ht-new building 0.259 W/(m2K)
Relative to the reference value 70%

Can one of you tell me something about this?

Is this okay? Sufficient for KfW55? Barely achieved, improvable, well achieved, etc.?

Qp quite good (required 55%), Ht just barely (required 70%). But achieved is achieved. Fits fine.

Did I understand correctly.

Qp= energy demand heating/ventilation system etc.
Ht = insulation/airtightness etc.

Is that correctly translated that simply?
