Hello! I am so desperate. My table is beautiful and goes perfectly with all the other furniture, but it wobbles like crazy and the tabletop can rotate! Tightening the screw firmly doesn’t help at all and it stands straight too. Does anyone know this problem because it is really frustrating since eating etc. on this wobbly table is only possible with great difficulty. Thank you

Hello, you might first have to unscrew something else in order to tighten another nut. Check the instructions.

Thank you for the quick response but we assembled it exactly according to the instructions and now it cannot be taken apart anymore because the lower screw just keeps spinning. The black (the part that stands on the floor) moves 15 cm in every direction and that's why it is like a turntable. Really frustrating. This way the table is ready for the trash...

I assume that the black pipe rotates. Therefore, the tabletop must be unscrewed first.

So that was a science in itself!
We disassembled the entire table and reassembled it exactly according to the instructions.
Result: it still wobbles
And can still be rotated like the tables at the Chinese restaurant. Since we don’t want to keep swapping our food all the time,
we kept thinking and came to the solution of the puzzle. The black plate must definitely be fixed with the stoppers!!! This is nowhere in the instructions. Hopefully, anyone who has the table knows what I mean!
It’s not as stable as a table with 4 legs (which is logical, actually), but this way it works!
Thanks, Ikea expert, for your tips!

It was similar for us ..no matter how long it took until we figured out what the problem was. Next time I’ll just follow the instructions exactly and not just think. yeah, it’ll be fine
