it is rather a renovation case, but I think it fits better here.
In Düsseldorf. The house is about 50 years old. Houses stand next to each other, no space in between. The basement is getting wetter and wetter. After rain, the wall is completely damp. A "professional" advised painting a waterproof paint from the inside when it has been dry for a long time and the moisture is gone. Of course, that's nonsense.
Now I am looking for a real professional. Can someone give me a tip where I can find one in the Düsseldorf area? And what exactly is his professional title?
