Hello dear house building forum,
last week I started renovating my first apartment. The apartment was built in 2014. Unfortunately, the house has settled and many baseboards have therefore been damaged. Either the silicone joints have cracked or large gaps have formed between the baseboard and the wall.
I have already started scraping off the silicone. However, with the gaps between the baseboard and the wall, I do not know exactly how to proceed. All baseboards (except a small one) are still firmly attached to the wall and cannot be moved with moderate force.
Thank you very much for your advice!
Nils

[*]Do I have to remove the old adhesive/mortar?
[*]Is it enough to fill the gap with construction adhesive/indoor filler?
[*]Or do I perhaps have to remove all the tiles and refasten them?
Thank you very much for your advice!
