for your information: the expert has found, among other things, the following defects

- Ventilation shaft around exhaust pipe partially with flammable materials (Styrofoam)
- Wall plaster partially more than 6 mm out of plumb over 1 m
- Screed not level (up to 7.5 mm deviation from the horizontal)
- Missing separation joints at the doors in the screed
- No thermal insulation under the screed

Thank you very much for the tip to get an expert. On the expert’s advice, I now have an appointment with a lawyer at the consumer protection center.
