Hello,

I am facing the following challenge:
I want to install a railing in the stairwell.
The ground floor is built with Ytong, the upper floor with drywall.
Attached are 2 pictures of the mounting (Befestigung_1.jpg & _2.jpg) that will be attached to the wall and then screwed onto the wooden beam (railing) and the M8 screw (Schraube.jpg) that goes into this mounting and into the wall.
Now... the installation on the ground floor went quite well, but on the upper floor I cannot use the normal anchor because there are drywall panels.
The screws got stuck in the 10mm drywall anchors.
I would prefer to use the metal hollow wall anchors, but I would need a bolt with double-sided threads so that I can fasten it.

Do you perhaps have a tip for me on what I should do best?

Thanks in advance for your support!

Kind regards
