Sorry, but as far as I know, a simple drawing with rough measurements is sufficient. The people at the office want to know where you are placing the canopy and whether you are violating boundary distances. How are they supposed to know what you want to put where?
Even house construction is not millimeter-accurate. All necessary measurements must be present. I am sure that if all of that is available, you can also get by with graph paper.This is exactly a point I was missing. Is something rough enough or does it have to be, like in house construction, where I absolutely understand it, accurate to the millimeter.
