Dear visitors,
Water is penetrating the parapet and the masonry parts beneath it. Water is also present under the sealing membrane. However, the sealing membrane itself is watertight, as was recently confirmed.
Does anyone see a way to at least temporarily protect the parapet against rain in the following photos? A renovation is currently not an option because we cannot agree on the cause of the damage, although experts suspect the parapet.
Thank you for your response!
