Hello,
I have a problem:
Our entire heating system runs on district heating. Hot water is heated in the boiler.
The boiler has a thermometer and a sensor that goes into the district heating transfer station and shows how many degrees the water SHOULD have.
Now I have realized that the sensor temperature is incorrect, often by up to 12 degrees.
The boiler thermometer still shows about 50°, but the district heating station only shows, for example, 37° - WITHOUT much water being drawn.
I also tried drawing hot water from the kitchen, removed the boiler sensor from the boiler, and held it in the hot water, and there the sensor showed the correct temperature of about 50°.
--> Sensor is not broken; it just transmits incorrect values.
The boiler is from the brand Di-Tech.
What can be done?
Thank you very much!
PS: The boiler sensor is attached in the boiler with a kind of spring that you pinch together, and the sensor is positioned inside, so the sensor insertion should be correct!...
