Hello!
I recently bought a new Metod tall cabinet for our new oven.
Where the cabinet is supposed to stand, there used to be the sink.
In fact, the drain/water supply and also a tankless water heater, which measures 25x50cm, are there.
In terms of dimensions, the oven would fit exactly between the gap of the drain/water supply and the tankless water heater hanging above.
Of course, I would have to modify the back panel of the cabinet a bit with a jigsaw so that it also stands against the wall, but it would be doable.
The other question, however, is what temperatures prevail behind the oven, since the tankless water heater or its plastic cover would protrude about 9 cm into the tall cabinet.
Since it is nicely described in the operating/assembly instructions that the tall cabinet "sucks in" air with room temperature from the bottom/back and releases warm air from the oven upwards/backwards, I now have some concerns whether the tankless water heater can handle that.
What do you think about it?
Regards
Kristofer
