Well, you could definitely install pull-out drawers inside, 80cm high isn't so bad in my opinion, I believe the 90cm ovens are only 45cm high.
What you could also rig up is a 60cm and a 40cm base cabinet, maybe only the 60cm high ones, then a self-cut shelf on top, then the oven with 5cm panels on the left and right each, and then base cabinets above again, the whole thing connected on the sides with cover panels. Of course, that's a bit more elaborate.
