Sweden house providers current !! experiences wanted

after a long search on the internet, the result is sobering, so I am now turning to you with a very simple question.

Who can share experiences with Swedish house providers who built in 2018 or are currently building? If possible from the Baden Württemberg area, but also gladly from all over Germany. The research on the internet leaves much to be desired, as many contributions are very old and one gets the impression.

There was already contact with a manufacturer in Sweden, but the legal requirements and sales partners deter me from taking this risk.

The goal is not to build a house from a catalog, as it is a sloping plot and the results are very sober when looking at the catalogs.

What does a "Schwedenhaus" mean to you (yellow cladding, red cladding, gable roof bungalow, ...) – and does the development plan allow for that? – the term is not standardized, although some may think they know what is meant (but others have different images in mind with the same word).

There is nothing against it in the development plan. A building ground survey was already commissioned and carried out last year.

This is a house construction for an architect, not a prefab house manufacturer.
