Suspending a wet room light from a concrete ceiling

what are sensible ways to suspend the damp room lights about 25 cm from the concrete ceiling?

Are there systems with spacers or proper cable systems for this?

The only reasonable thing I have found so far would be starter sets for LED panels. It should actually also be possible with fluorescent tubes, in any case it is worth a try.
