A section would be good as well. The walls look unusually straight in the drawing, and I am confused by the wall thicknesses 38 and 25, which correspond to Reich format bricks. Also show some pictures of the building from the outside.
The drawing looks like a professional survey, so why doesn’t the renovation planning continue in the same way?

Hey, the house is from 1908. I created the plans myself and I also took the measurements myself and measured every spot. Attached are also the exterior view and a section.

The only sensible response is to consult a structural engineer or a carpenter who has experience with half-timbered old buildings. A carpenter who says that 4 meters without supports is no problem does not sound suitable for an assessment to me.
