Support for materials with own contribution

that's true, but 11.5 refers quite strongly to the heating. That surprises me.

Also the fact that under 11.1 it clearly says "No" at first and then under 11.5 it is overridden again.

Then you will probably have no other choice but to explain exactly what you intend to the funding agency and ask what will be funded.
