Hi!

I am currently renovating a small bathroom. So far, there is only a bathtub, but I also want to create a shower option in the tub. Unfortunately, there are a few challenges...
The wall where the shower would be ideal has an access panel – and it does not extend across the entire width of the tub.
To make matters worse, the toilet is directly opposite the tub. A fixed wall right at the edge of the tub would be a bit awkward.

Do you have any hot tips that aren’t a shower curtain?
Photos are attached.

Many thanks!!

Showering while seated would be an option if it shouldn't be a curtain...

Fixed glass wall on the narrow side and then two folding panels. The shower holder not centered on the wall but more to the side towards the fixed glass panel.

I honestly don't see any challenge there. Yes, the side that is shorter than the tub may be unusual, possibly even a challenge, but apart from the inspection opening. There are only three-part shower partitions for one side, i.e. a curved side. One part is then 30-40cm long, so the whole wall is flexible and can adapt to the rim of the tub when you fold it out. But there are also glass doors that have an additional 20/30cm part besides the meter partition, which would also be suitable. Then there are real two- or three-part partitions like mentioned above: with each you can flexibly position every side where it is needed. Oh my, and a quick Google shows me even more shower partitions, from 2 to 7 elements, all elements flexible in their position. There is basically nothing that does not exist.

Thank you for the input. What are you looking for there? I only find two, at most three-part dividers, but nothing that could be customized individually.

Thanks, but that would only work on the entrance side to the bathroom. I wanted to avoid that because visually, when entering, you already face a wall, and the slope for lying in the tub is there, which affects standing.
