Hello,
Then I wouldn't insist on the PD in your place, because with this procedure of the municipality you have to agree with your neighbor on a common external appearance during the design planning; I hardly know any semi-detached houses where the PD was applied as the roof shape. Stepped floors yes, staggered PDs or so-called inclined gable roofs also, but hardly any PDs.
The completely closed shell construction - masonry with exterior facade, window/front door, carpentry and roof truss - should be in the range of TEUR 100 without and TEUR 130 **+/- TEUR 5**.
Kind regards
Now we have a building plot in prospect 340m², a semi-detached house should be built on it, unfortunately we have to wait for the future owner of the other half so that the municipality gives the okay!

My question is, how much does a shell construction (masonry + basement) cost approximately, it should have about 130m² of living space on 2-3 floors and the building should be "cube"-shaped so without any frills, roundings etc. and with a shed roof! Can someone help us here?
