Hello and good day everyone,
my wife and I are planning to purchase an existing property soon and I would like to have an assessment of whether an existing interior wall can be removed or not.
More specifically, it is about the wall between the living room and the kitchen. I have already tried to find out about the type of wall on the internet and it appears to be made of [Bimsvollstein].
It should be explicitly stated that I am initially only looking for an assessment. A local structural engineer will definitely be commissioned if we decide to actually remove the wall.
I hope you can help me and wish you a pleasant rest of the weekend
