Hello,
we are building a house with concrete blocks. The construction workers have completed the exterior walls up to ceiling height. Now there was quite strong wind and the wall between the future patio doors fell down, including the upper closures on the door openings (there were metal supports underneath, which are now also lying on the ground).
We are now not sure whether this can happen when the wind is strong, or if this is a sign of poor shell construction work. Of course, our site manager says that this is not a cause for concern. Does anyone know if this is really the case?
