Hello,
I'm running out of sockets. I ordered a cooktop Folklig and an oven Framtid and was horrified to find out that there is only one outlet in the wall. Can both be connected to one circuit or are they independent?
Damn, terrible, if I now also have to get an electrician to install a new socket!!!
Thanks in advance!!

They are two separate devices. Otherwise, it would not be possible to install the oven at eye level in a different location. If a 3-phase alternating current with 3 x 16 A is available in the connection box, then both devices can be connected there. I hope you have seen that many models are being heavily discounted in some houses. For example, OV9 with pyrolysis for €399 instead of €599.

Alternating current is unfortunately not ;) but somehow it will work... I got a bargain, exactly! Only I was relentlessly annoyed about the service. I wanted to have it delivered, had also made an appointment, then the painters finished faster than planned and I wanted to bring the appointment forward. After what felt like 30 minutes on hold (no, it was the loop to the perfect contact!!!) a lady then said that it wouldn't be possible, that it was never done, that she wouldn't even check -

An alternating current is always present. The service also always depends on the individual employee. In my nearest [Einrichtungshaus], there is also a female employee in customer service who stands out from the others due to less friendliness and willingness to cooperate.

Hi,

the stove you purchased is shipped directly from the furniture store. A delivery date was agreed upon with you on-site and booked in your presence, at your request. Therefore, the routes are planned and, once you go through the checkout, can no longer be changed. The trucks are always utilized as efficiently as possible; they do not leave for just one customer but for several. Therefore, extra requests are unfortunately not possible. The lady on the phone gave you the only possible answer to your question...

... and is now being criticized for it.

Hello, I assume that "that wouldn’t work, that would never be done, they wouldn’t even check that" was actually said. I would be very upset about that too. With your more detailed explanation Nayla, why it is not possible, it is easier to understand and accept. In this respect, the criticism is not entirely unjustified.
