Thanks, this objection really makes sense. We got a tip from a colleague to build the foundation under the garage with lightweight concrete and pave on top of it.
We will probably have a steel garage installed then. At least for that, we will still get some money in a few years if we want to upgrade to a double garage scrap steel as an investment.
