INSULATION is very poor.

My boss, however, has built a 300m2 house.
As far as I know, it was built by the company Harsch from Bretten, which actually specializes in industrial buildings.

The new office extension at my employer is built like this. Concrete panels with individual floor-to-ceiling window elements and a thick external insulation.

In concrete, you can't just quickly make a slot and install an outlet. In office construction, this is not a problem, for example, because the supply takes place under the raised floor.

I looked at this website with its 3x3m grid yesterday.

Personally, it had a bit of the charm of construction container storage combined with oil rig romance for me. Part of the concept is that the steel structure is also visible in the interior.

The walls there were wood stud construction executed between the steel beams with insulation and drywall cladding. The ceilings were a wooden construction. The reference house from 2006; that is before the last tightening of the energy saving ordinance.

I also don't like this mix of materials when it comes to expansion/etc.

That would be disadvantage enough for me - apart from the fact that I see no advantage in implementing an exotic concept. If something is more popular in other climate zones, there may well be a connection to that. Here, you will hardly find experienced engineers for this concept. I couldn't have said it better myself
