Staircase question: "S-shaped staircase"

At the place where one cannot build a U-shaped (as seen above by you in the program) staircase, because otherwise one would come out in the master bedroom... and the master bedroom is supposed to be located in the northeast.... and the house entrance must be on the east side (development plan, garage, etc)

Still doesn't make sense to me.

Is there already a floor plan?
